How long will my order take?

We generally work to ensure you can enjoy your order as soon as possible. Orders usually take approximately 24–48 business hours from dispatch within mainland Spain, and 3–7 business days for the islands and the rest of Europe.

Can I return a Carquinyoli swimwear item?

Carquinyoli items cannot be returned unless it is a very exceptional case. In such a case, you must contact Carquinyoli and report the issue within 24 hours after delivery of the package at info@carquinyoli.es. We will then provide instructions on how to return the package.

Can I exchange an item?

Carquinyoli does not accept exchanges, except for size exchanges of the same item. This must be requested by email within 24 hours after delivery of the package at info@carquinyoli.es. We will then provide instructions on how to return the package.

What happens if I notice a defect in my item?

At Carquinyoli, we strive to offer you the best possible experience with our products. Since all items are handmade, there is a possibility that, on rare occasions, they may present some imperfections or defects.

If you notice any issue upon receiving the item, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery via email at info@carquinyoli.es. In your email, you must describe the defect and attach photos so we can assess the possibility of an exchange, return, or repair. The item must not have been used. After this period, Carquinyoli will not be held responsible.
