Can I return a Carquinyoli item?

All Carquinyoli pieces are made to order and handcrafted especially for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns.

In addition, due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, all sales are considered final.

We kindly ask you to carefully check our size guide and all product information before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help you choose the right size.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. As each piece is made specifically for your order, we are unable to exchange items for a different size, style or model.

Please make sure you select the correct size and style before completing your purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Every Carquinyoli piece is handmade with care and individually checked before being shipped. However, if you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect or if we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@carquinyoli.es within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the defect or error so that we can assess the situation.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Carquinyoli will offer an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour period may not be accepted.

Please note that slight variations or small irregularities resulting from the handmade nature of our pieces are not considered manufacturing defects.
